Amazing coffee cake recipe.

I found this on another site. I tried it today and I loved it. It is very yummy and very easy to make. It doesn't take long at all. But it doesn't make a lot. I'm going to also leave off the topping. I think it made it too sweet. But my children loved it.

Ingredients:

1 can apple pie filling
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tube cinnamon rolls
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:

- In a large bowl mix apple pie filling and cinnamon together.
- Spread a thin layer of the filling onto the bottom of a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Set the remaining filling aside.
- Cut all your cinnamon rolls into quarters and add to the remaining pie filling.
- In a small bowl melt butter and mix in brown sugar. Add to the cinnamon rolls and apples and toss gently to combine.
- Pour mixture over filling in the pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 28-32 minutes or until a deep, golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before inverting it onto a platter.
- Remove lid from frosting container that comes with the cinnamon rolls and microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Drizzle frosting over warm coffee cake and serve.

So here I am writing a blog. something i never thought i would see my self doing. But I am. my question is what do people blog about? what do they say on here? Well i guess i'll tell u a little bit about my self. I'm 26 years old. i have three girls, Marissa Lynn 8, Brooklynn Nicole 5, and Kassidy Marie 3. I am pregnant with another baby girl, due on July 4th, and her name will be Victoria Rose. My life is pretty much an open book. I don't custody of my oldest due to the fact I was in a abusive relationship and i was using drugs. I made bad choices. and i have to live with those everyday. I made some bad choices, but that will be another blog. lol. I can honeslty say that i love my life. i dont have a ton of people that are in it. but i do love everyone of the people that are in it. i wouldnt trade any of them for anything. My boyfriend Derek drives me a little bit nuts, but he means well. lol. Me and mom arent close. thats another blog. LMAO! but i do see my step dad all the time. he keeps me sane. i have a couple close friends. but not alot and i like it that way. well if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask away. im not shy about my life. Im also gonna post some recipes from people that i use and where i got them from. so this way they are getting credit for it. thanks!
